Real estate business partners and romantic couple Allen and Connor venture into the lower unit of a property they plan to renovate and flip. Trapped inside the claustrophobic space, their relationship and survival are put to the test when they find themselves cornered by a threatening local conspiracy carefully hidden by their landlord.
